چکیده

In this paper, we studied the evolutions of innermost stable circular orbits (ISCOs) in dynamical spacetimes. At first, reviewed method to obtain ISCO Schwarzschild spacetime by varying its conserved orbital angular momentum. Then, demonstrated is equivalent effective potential general static and stationary Unlike method, which depends on presence energy, requires existence momentum spacetime. So it can be easily generalized spacetimes where there exists From generalization, ISCOs Vaidya spacetime, Vaidya-AdS slow rotation limit Kerr-Vaidya The results given these examples are all reasonable compared with photon spheres

Letter to the Editor Keplerian frequencies and innermost stable circular orbits of rapidly rotating strange stars

It has been suggested that the frequency in the corotating innermost stable circular orbit (ISCO) about a compact stellar remnant can be determined through X-ray observations of low-mass X-ray binaries, and that its value can be used to constrain the equation of state of ultradense matter. Upon constructing numerical models of rapidly rotating strange (quark) stars in general relativity, we fin...

Last Orbits of Binary Black Holes * the Isco (for Innermost Stable Circular Orbit). 2. Numerical Solution

Received (Day Month Year) Binary black hole systems in the pre-coalescence stage are numerically constructed by demanding that the associated spacetime admits a helical Killing vector. Comparison with third order post-Newtonian calculations indicates a rather good agreement until the innermost stable circular orbit. 1. Quasi-equilibrium configurations of binary black holes 1.1. Dynamical determination of the innermost stable circular orbit of binary neutron stars.

We determine the innermost stable circular orbit (ISCO) of binary neutron stars (BNSs) by performing dynamical simulations in full general relativity. Evolving quasiequilibrium (QE) binaries that begin at different separations, we bracket the location of the ISCO by distinguishing stable circular orbits from unstable plunges. We study Gamma=2 polytropes of varying compactions in both corotation...

The Innermost Stable Circular Orbit in Compact Binaries

Newtonian point mass binaries can be brought into arbitrarily close circular orbits. Neutron stars and black holes, however, are extended, relativistic objects. Both finite size and relativistic effects make very close orbits unstable, so that there exists an innermost stable circular orbit (ISCO). We illustrate the physics of the ISCO in a simple model problem, and review different techniques ...
